2jbe Terms & Conditions

The 2jbe platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, poker rooms, and related services, is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account or placing any bet on 2jbe, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

2jbe reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where we reasonably believe an account is held by a person under the age of 18, we will suspend that account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation. Any winnings generated on an underage account will be forfeited and the deposited funds will be returned to the payment method originally used, subject to our verification of its ownership.

Geographic Restrictions. You are responsible for determining whether access to and use of the 2jbe platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the laws of certain provinces or regions in Pakistan. 2jbe does not provide legal advice and cannot confirm the legality of online gambling for any individual user. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the platform in violation of any applicable law.

To access 2jbe's gaming and betting services, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one account on the 2jbe platform. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and potential forfeiture of associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to keep your account details up to date at all times. 2jbe may require you to verify your identity by submitting a copy of a government-issued identity document, such as a Pakistani CNIC, and may require proof of your nominated payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

• You must not share your 2jbe account credentials with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• You must notify 2jbe immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account by emailing [email protected].
• 2jbe will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

2jbe reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or where registration would breach these Terms or any applicable law.

All transactions on the 2jbe platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2jbe supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Supported payment methods may change without prior notice and are displayed on the cashier page of your account at the time of transaction.

Deposits. Funds deposited via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 2jbe account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing timelines of the relevant institution. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to verified accounts in accordance with our standard processing schedule. We do not accept withdrawal requests to payment methods that differ from those used for deposit without prior verification of the new payment instrument. Funds will not be transferred to third parties.

• All withdrawals require a fully verified account. Identity and payment method verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• 2jbe reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of a withdrawal review.
• Any deposit made in error must be reported to 2jbe support immediately. 2jbe is not liable for deposits made to incorrect accounts where the error resulted from inaccurate information provided by the account holder.
• Deposits that are subject to an active bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 4.

2jbe does not accept deposits from or make payments to third parties. The account used for deposit and withdrawal must be in the same name as the registered 2jbe account holder.

From time to time, 2jbe may offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, or other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are typically subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Player. Players are limited to one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously or in breach of eligibility criteria may result in the cancellation of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Misuse. 2jbe reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if we have reasonable grounds to believe that bonuses are being exploited, that a player is engaging in matched betting, or that a player is using any method inconsistent with normal recreational gambling to extract value from a promotion.
• Bonuses may not be available to players in all regions. Eligibility will be confirmed during the claim process.

2jbe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

All bets and game play on 2jbe are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet, including stake, odds, and selection, before confirming. 2jbe will not reverse confirmed bets on the grounds of user error except at our absolute discretion.

Sports Betting. Cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, T20 Internationals, and all other sporting events offered on 2jbe, are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, settlement will follow the specific rules published for that sport and competition.

Casino Games. All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, poker, and specialty games, are powered by certified random number generators or live dealer solutions from licensed game studios. Game outcomes are independent and random. Published RTP percentages for slots reflect theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific return in any individual session.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by title, table, or stake level.
• In the event of a technical fault during a gaming session that results in an incomplete game round, 2jbe will attempt to resolve the round from the last valid recorded state. Where this is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be refunded to your account.
• 2jbe reserves the right to void any bet or game result where we have evidence of technical malfunction, pricing error, or fraudulent activity.

2jbe is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help you manage your activity on the platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your 2jbe account settings at no charge and take effect immediately upon activation.

If you believe your gambling has become a problem, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion feature available in your account, which will prevent you from accessing 2jbe for a minimum period of your choosing. Exclusions are enforced and cannot be reversed before the specified period ends.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jbe platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one 2jbe account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in pricing, or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker games or any other skill-based competition.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Any conduct intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the proper operation of the 2jbe platform or its servers.

All content on the 2jbe platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of 2jbe or its third-party content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 2jbe content without our prior written consent.

Game titles, artwork, and associated intellectual property displayed within the 2jbe casino lobby remain the property of the respective game studios and are used by 2jbe under valid commercial licensing agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbe's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 2jbe account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2jbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from 2jbe's gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The 2jbe platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious components.

You may close your 2jbe account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, we will process the return of any remaining balance to your nominated payment method, subject to the completion of any pending verification requirements.

2jbe may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, where we determine that you have breached these Terms, that continued operation of your account presents a legal, financial, or reputational risk to 2jbe, or where required to do so by law or regulatory instruction. In the event of closure for cause, 2jbe reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jbe holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licencing jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

2jbe reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the 2jbe platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.
